Purpose: to call you back, send a quote, and organise the plumbing job you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (form) and/or steps prior to entering a contract.
Recipients: the controller (Samcondal Kft. / PipeHour). The form posts JSON to FORM_ENDPOINT; if that field is empty, nothing is stored in production.
Retention: only as long as handling the quote and the job requires, or as accounting law demands.
